that it is impossible to proceed with suit No.57, in which Thong Hans da is Plaintiff and Listing Defendant,
and which stood adjourned till 10
o'clock this morning, owing to the
Interpreter's inability to obtain an Hakka interpreter for the Plaintiff's witnesses.
Upon the suit being called
yesterday
at two o'clock according
to special appointment, it was found that the Plaintiff's interpreters were
unavailable; and there being no other Hakka interpreter available,
